    Ingredients

    • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/2 stick butter, melted
    • 1 (12 ounce.) bowl Cold Whip
    • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 sm. can Pet lowfat milk, chilled
    • 1 lg. can cherry pie filling (alternates: blueberry, strawberry or possibly fruit cocktail with peach slices)

    Directions

    1. CRUST: Heat 1/2 stick butter, combine graham cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp. of sugar. Mix well sufficient till cracker crumbs are moist and stick together. Press into buttered casserole dish and chill.
    2. FILLING: Mash cream cheese with fork and stir in sugar. Whip the chilled Pet lowfat milk and Cold Whip. Blend all together till mix is smooth. Pour mix into graham cracker crust and let refrigeratefor about 30 min before topping with pie filling. Sprinkle top of dessert with remaining 2 Tbsp. of graham cracker crumbs. Eat and enjoy!
