Broccoli Florets Chef Style
Vegetable side dish Ingredients
- 500g frozen broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons water
- 350g Diced Tomatoes
- 10g chopped fresh basil
- 15g chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon Oregano
- 150g grated Pecorino cheese
Directions
- Directions
- Place broccoli and water in medium skillet; cover.
- Cook over high heat for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender and drain.
- Add the tomatoes, basil and oregano, cook for 2 to 3 minutes, and adjust seasoning.
- Place in serving dish and Sprinkle with cheese.
