Barbecue Country Ribs And Noodles
Ingredients
- 5 lb country-style ribs
- 1 dsh Tabasco (opt)
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. soy or possibly Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x onions, minced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 x 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
Directions
- Put ribs under broiler and brown. Mix sauce ingredients. Put ribs in crockpot, pour sauce over top, cover and run on low all day. Serve with or possibly over cooked egg noodles.
