Aunt Polly's Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb Sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled, and mashed
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 ounce Margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg and cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Will be very soupy. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
- Yields about 10 servings.
