- OIL
- 15 Yellow, Red or Orange sweet peppers (Can use "Cubana" hot peppers)
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Clove garlic (or 1/4 teaspoon minced)
- 2 cups boiled water
Directions
- Wash and clean peppers, slice in quarters, fry in oil and place in clean pint jars.
- Put in vinegar, sugar and garlic and add enough water over peppers just up to the rim and put on tops and screw lids loosely.
- Cold pack for about 10 minutes remove the jars from water and make sure the seal is tight.
- Let cool makes.
