8 Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb beans
- 1 lrg can diced tomatoes
- 1 x round Polish sausage
- 1 lrg onion
- 1 c. raw cabbage
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper or possibly I use Cajun seasoning to taste
Directions
- Soak beans overnight. The next morning pour the water off and cover again with cool water. (About 6 qts) Add in all the other ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer all day long ever so slowly. Serve it up with a nice tossed salad. Leftovers are even better the next day.
